I started Hinesight because I was done with creating the same old traditional learning experiences on the same old safe topics.
And to be honest with you, after a decade in the game, I’d seen enough. Talent wasted, leaders winging it and worst of all people surviving instead of thriving. I knew I could do it better, and I knew I could change lives.
I p*ssed off my potential for too long in my early years, and then into my early career. But, I found a way to break that cycle and I know exactly what it takes to find the magic within and then leverage it hard to fulfill your true potential.
Hinesight isn’t about training courses or motivational posters. It’s about rewiring how people think, lead, and perform. It’s about giving people the tools (and the courage) to go from “fine” to phenomenal.
